The Pattern of the Split Kingdoms In the Old Testament the Nation of Israel was split into two kingdoms, Judah and Israel, after the sins of Solomon in his old age. Ten tribes were in the new Israel and two tribes in the new Judah. The new Israel immediately departed from following the Laws that God spoke to Moses and did not turn back to follow God before the curse spoken of in the Law was carried out on them. The kingdom of Judah did not follow the Laws of God most of the time, but did have a few good kings which kept things from becoming too evil until King Manasseh. King Manasseh was so evil that because of him God cursed the kingdom of Judah to be swept away like Israel: And I will appoint over them four kinds, saith the LORD: the sword to slay, and the dogs to tear, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the earth, to devour and destroy. And I will cause them to be removed into all kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh the son of Hezekiah king of Judah, for that which he did in Jerusalem. (Jeremiah 15:3-4) Likewise the church of Christ has been split into two kingdoms. There is the Western church and the Eastern church. The larger Western church is like the kingdom of Israel. The smaller Eastern church is like the kingdom of Judah. The Western church is filled with corruption because they do not follow the Laws of Moses or the Laws that Christ delivered. The Western church has a long list of crimes well known in history. The Eastern church, like Judah, is not perfect either but it follows the teachings of Christ much more closely. The list of crimes of the Eastern church is much shorter. Since God does not change His ways He has a pattern to His behavior. We see from the pattern from the Old Testament that the kingdom  of Judah will remain longer that the kingdom of Israel, so we can predict that the Eastern church will survive longer than than the Western church. We also see from the Old Testament that when the kingdom of Judah stopped worshiping God, and worshiped goddesses like the ´Queen of Heaven´ that God´s jealousy was kindled and Judah was destroyed because of this  ´Abomination of Desolation´. So we can predict that the prophecy of the Abomination of Desolation which leads to the Great Tribulation will occur when the Eastern church falls away and worships goddesses (and the doctrine of Feminism). The Western church is already worshiping Mother Nature and has accepted the doctrine of Feminism, but the Western church is not able to trigger the Abomination of Desolation because they long ago departed from God like the kingdom of Israel. The Western church is unfaithful so God´s temple is not in the Western church. God´s temple must be defiled to trigger his jealousy.
